Infinite Card Drawing, and therefore Automatic Win
Survivor of the Unseen Buy + Yet Another Aether Vortex BuyDraw with Survivor of the Unseen Buy while it's on top of your library, then put itself back on top again untapped. Repeat for infinite draw. (The automatic win comes when you hit Dark Depths Buy or Soramaro, First to Dream Buy or whatever.)
And most Yet Another Aether Vortex Buy decks will want to run some way to put cards in their hand on top of their library anyway.

Even though it uses an Unhinged card, this is still pretty awesome. Two cards for infinite draw works pretty well.

Just as an aside, I asked a judge about things in your library that get moved off the top of your library then come back with YAEV. He informed me that things in your library stay tapped until your next untap step, even if they leave the top of your library. He also said that there are no rulings that really apply to un- cards. But that's neither here nor there.

It could be true for, say, Future Sight Buy, though, or any effect that moves it from the top of the library into play.
However, it's not relative to this combo. Although it might matter to the Sensei's Divining Top Buy one.
