Simply change Death's Shadow to get +X/+X where X is your life total. Only until end of turn so you need to be down to 12 life to keep it alive. Potentially a 3rd turn win if you add any card that allows you to pay life.
Could use:

Blood Celebrant Buy - Fix Mana
Contagion Buy - Kill Chump Blockers

Time Mastery

Time Sieve Buy + Mycosynth Lattice Buy + Elemental Mastery Buy
Need a creature power 5 or greater. Get infinte turns. What else you need? NO extra mana needed once the combo starts.
Arcbound Crusher Buy or Altar Golem Buy are good choices.

40 Card Mill

Rings of Brighthearth Buy + Jace Beleren Buy + Gilder Bairn Buy
Use Gilder Bairn Buy to double the counters on Jace Beleren Buy to almost instantly use his last move on the second or third turn you have him. Then use Rings of Brighthearth Buy to double the ability and mill the top 40 cards of opponents deck easily. Could finish off with a Keening Stone Buy.

Monoblue Infinite Turns

Magosi, the Waterveil Buy + Fatestitcher Buy + Rings of Brighthearth Buy
Have all three cards in play. Tap a land for blue mana and use it on Magosi. Use Fatesticher to untap Magosi. Tap Magosi again to take another turn (the one you just have lost), use the Rings to take one turn more.
Net result -- {3}

: Take another turn.
If you want to go infinite, you have to play Magosi again after using the combo to repeat it in your next turn.

get out any creature with cmc of 3 or less from you deck into play any time. great with stuff like Nyxathid Buy and even Tarmogoyf BuyI put this combo as "minus the drawback because nothing else really fit...

Oracle of Mul Daya Buy + Bloodline Shaman Buy
With Oracle of Mul Daya Buy in play either play a land if it's on top of your library or draw a creature from it by tapping Bloodline Shaman Buy. you will go through your (creature/elf)deck in no time.

Toils of the Mage

Echo Mage Buy + Toils of Night and Day Buy
Level Echo Mage up to 4+. Cast Toils of Night and Day targeting whatever you feel like. Pay UU to copy it twice. One copy targets Echo Mage and a land to untap them, the other copy targets another land (untap it) and anything of your choice. Ends with an infinite tap/untap engine for the turn. UUU2 is all you need. Can lock down opponents for the turn, deal infinite damage if you have a Prodigal Sorcerer, or anything else you can imagine.

Maga, Ownage of Mortals

Maga, Traitor to Mortals Buy + Doubling Season Buy + Channel Buy
Plausible turn 3 kill. You need {B}

to cast this. For this to kill a player outright you need (5 + 1/2 opponents life total) life. So if you are at 15 life you Channel for 14, {4}

for doubling season and {10}

for Maga. When he comes into play, they die and you have a 20/20.

Better than Sharpshooter

Flourishing Defenses Buy + Everlasting Torment Buy + Blasting Station Buy
Have all three in play, sacrifice any creature to Blasting Station to ping a creature. Everlasting Torment makes it wither, Flourishing Defenses gives you an elf token with untaps Blasting Station. Nuke your opponents' creatures and end with an elf to repeat every turn. Can be done in R/G or B/G instead off all three.
