Very nicely done. I think the only thing that you may run into any problems with would be that you only have 4 swamps and you are looking to sack them if you need to return a creature. Maybe try using Angelic Renewal Buy or something like that... but overall, great deck.

Hi ... a great deck I must say ... (chuckles) ... one I'm about to put together to drive my friends crazy this weekend! I have but one issue with the deck ... the price of some of the cards ... I think this deck would work perfectly well (being only two color) that you don't need the VERY expensive bi-color lands in there. Did some quick figuring and the deck (with basic plains and swamps) can be completely purchased for about $45.00 ... however with the bi-color lands it would cost nearly $200.00. Awesome deck at any rate ... and I have most of these cards already ... this weekend ought to prove quite interesting. Thanks.

sorry, but your deck is just too slow, even for a casual enviornment.

you wont be playing cho mano until turn 4... and you only have 2 of them... in an 88 card deck you have a 4% chance of drawing him by turn 4.

in a creature based deck, you only have 3 1 drops
and if you say that its more based around enduring ideal, you're worse off b/c you have no mana accel and no tutors for it, not to mention that once you cast Enduring Ideal you havent insured for yourself victory.

Tournement wise, anything that costs 4 or over should win you the game, and casually it's generall about 8-10 mana.

You need to go more offensive with your deck, everything is defensive, which isnt what you want to be doing.

i would drop black alltogether.

Play red, you can use a lot of the new Boros stuff to give you a huge advantage.

i'd reccomend to lose the enduring ideals, though it looks like you'd prolly rather not so i'll suggest to you things to use with them.
-Form of the Dragon Buy
==>5 dmg a turn, they (prolly) cant attack, you can run just 1 and let enduring ideal nab it for you
-Galvanic Arc Buy
==>gives you removal, which yo really need, otherwise you can aim it at thier face, first strike is always nice as well.
-Faith's Fetters Buy
==>4 life and you kill one of thier permanents... dont forget it can make thier lands useless too
run soem searches on come into play abilities on enchantments and look for some that can/will win you the game.

you *NEED* some kind of mana acceleration, most of your are 3-4 mana, with low p/t so you need to be able to ppower them out quickly... that and you need to be able to get out enduring ideal asap.

you can lower the card cound in this deck pretty easily...
run:
0-1 paraih
0 Serra's Blessing (you have revile squad...)
0 Knighthood
1-3 Privileged Position

cut down on your rebels that cost 4, and try using more that cast 1-2

idealy, you'd want to play rebels turns 1-3 and on turn 4 drop enduring ideal

by dropping the deck down to 60 cards you'll increase your consistancy greatly
(you'll draw cards you have 4 of 20% more often...)

good luck with your deck!

Wow, the final version really came out nicely! I sat down and thought about it, and decided you should run Pariah Buy not Pariah's Shield Buy, but you already fixed it...

This is a great deck, but I have a few comments. The Pariah's Shields aren't in the main deck. Enduring Ideal is so important that you shoud have 4 maindeck. Finally, I don't see the nedd for tithe. Overall an awesome deck though. Please rate one of my decks.

tithe is tech with the karoo lands, and ensures land drops, because turn 4 is pretty important to this deck,

I'm just popping back in to defend darklightning here; you don't actually need to draw a cho manno to play him, because the whole deal with rebels and this deck is that they can recruit others. So it should be kind of irrelevant that he only runs two, because he also runs 3 Lin Sivvi, and three ramosian leiutenant to recruit any of the three Lin Sivvis.

This deck is very good as a tribal deck but if you really wanna get down to it. Check out my enchantment deck. It runs barely any creatures and has mostly the same set up. But it stops attacking all together two different ways. Either a peacekeeper and make it not targetable or dueling grounds where only one creature can attack then use Kor haven land to prevent the damage from that one creature. I also play sterling grove to make my enchants untargetable along with Priveleged position. But Sterling grove is only 2 mana and you can sac it to search for more enchants. Also i do speed the mana up a little with fertile grounds. My deck has stopped entire multiplayer games of 10 or 12 people. Plus i can golden wish for something i have in my sideboard. Someone once played a platinum angel and lightning greaves combo. I golden wished for memnarch and took the greaves and then the angel. Also i have used oblivion stone twice to win a game. Then if you are still at a standstill i have words of worship so you dont have to draw cards and you can play test of endurance and win by getting to 50 life. So check my deck out and see what you think.
But other than that very good

The deck seems really nice, but don't you get problems with rushs? The way i see it...u're prob already overrun by the time you can set up all the stuff. something like Engineered Plague would be hell, keep disenchant in sideboard?
r8 burial deck cheers

Besides the slow start you mentioned, this is a really nice and original Rebel Deck.

Since you fear Tranquility (kind of), why not put Dovescape? Afterall, you can't play anything after you play Enduring Ideal..

I must admit that this deck works very well and all but I have one simple qeustion. As you said earlier you tested this deck against almost every deck and there are none that have really beaten it. Well, have you tested it against mass creature destruction(not Wrath of God Buy but black cards like Infest Buy,Mutilate Buy and such? Other then that I have to say very nice deck.
