The deck is highly original for a zombie deck and looks pretty solid. I have some comments though. I assume you run green mainly for the deeds, but zombies can be built to very effectively take care of aggro/swarm maindeck, rendering the deeds less necessary. Try running a few more lords instead of deed and see how it turns out. The best ones available (that you are not already using) are lord of the undead and shared triumph. Llanowar deads are easily replaced by the much stronger tidehollow sculler. Cutting green also would let you run more utility lands, like wasteland maindeck -either to replace or accompany sinkhole. Green/black duals could be replaced by fetches to give you a more stable manabase. I´d also try cutting the curve a little, by removing spiritmongers and probably balthors for some 1cc zombies. Sarcomancy is great. So is carnophage and carrion feeder. Festering goblin is good if your meta calls for it. Atleast consider it for the sideboard.

Absolutely Amazing deck, It should be under Tournament-Quality. Cards i can recommend are: Cover of Darkness (Scary Unblockable Zombies!) Punishment Half of Crime and Punishment (Good against low cost Exalted Cards?) Debtor's Knell (start your Turn with more Creatures!) Infest (-2/-2 into the Grave, zombies ideal circumstances!) Oversold Cemetery (Bringing the Zombies Back, incase of things like Wrath of God) Reclaim (recycling) Unearth (Cheap Zombie Revival!) Virtue's Ruin (Clear the Board of those Pesky White Creatures!) Bad Moon (All black creatures +1/+1) Zombie Infestation (Not really too good) How could i forget Bone Dancer? Cruel Revival (bringing the Victims back for more) Feeding Frenzy (Zombies eating up any survivors!) Nightcreep (Kinda kills the whole Fear aspect, but it is Nightcreep) Lord of the Undead (The Name says it all Zombies +1/+1 1B,T Bring the Zombies up again) Duress (Scary Zombies?) Animate Dead (-1/+0 from the grave not really that good? but it meets the theme very good!) Zombie Master (All Zombies now B:Regenerate and walk over swamps, too bad this card is not a zombie itself!) Hopefully these cards may help. Stompy, Buffed up Super Zombies are always fun!

Shepherd of Rot Buy could be a good main deck. It's a little scary if you over use it, but it could weaken your opponent enough to where you can beat them down with your other guys. Maelstrom Pulse Buy in sideboard.

Looks pretty good! I particularly like some of the cards in your sideboard...against the right deck, this would be devastating. If there's one thing I recommend to people who want to make a zombie deck, it's to throw Gempalm Polluters in there. It's rediculous how powerful that card is in a good zombie deck and it's an extremely inexpensive common to boot. Cycling has never been so fun! Cheers!
