My play group has a (somewhat) new member. He plays the Solemnity Buy and Phyrexian Unlife Buy combo in his Zur the Enchanter Buy EDH/Commander deck. I'm wondering if "Life loss" (such as with Exsanguinate Buy) could be an alternate way to beat this combo. Thanks for your help  ---------------------------------------- LONG LIVE THE EMPIRE!!!

While life-loss effects will function normally in this situation, you'll have to deal with one enchantment or the other if you want the Zur player to lose. -------------------- Comprehensive Rules --- Gatherer --- Tournament Rules
