Quoting forsher43:If I play Righteous Confluence Buy on my opponent and one of my targets is his Erebos, God of the Dead Buy, can I gain life with the spell?

As long as Erebos is successfully exiled, then yes, you will gain life.

From the Commander 2015 release notes on the Confluences:

Quote:No matter which combination of modes you choose, you always follow the instructions of a Confluence in the order they are written. If the same mode is chosen more than once, you choose their relative order as you cast the spell. [...]

That is, if all three modes are chosen once each, they'll be applied in order as written. If a mode is chosen multiple times, it'll be done two or three times back-to-back in its place in the overall order. With Righteous Confluence Buy, you'll create a vigilant Knight for each time you chose that mode, then exile a target enchantment for each time you chose that mode, and then gain 5 life for each time you chose that mode.

As an extra note, if you choose the last mode multiple times, each time will be a separate life-gaining event. That is, if you have an ability that triggers whenever you gain life (like Bloodbond Vampire Buy), it will trigger multiple times.
