You need to think outside of Kamigawa for your lands, there much better duel lands and mana fixers now. But if you must...
And you are aware Gifts ungiven doesn't not combo with the dragon stars, they have to leave play first.
But with goryo's vengence it seems doable.
Decent concept, try to look outside of kamigawa for better additions.

Gifts will work as double Entomb with the dragons. The idea is to reanimate them with vengeance, swing, and then sac them for Greater Good.

just about everything here is pretty solid, but i'm not sure why you're not running four copies of your combo pieces. your opponent is going to figure out what you're doing as soon as you reveal the four cards from the first gifts ungiven. because of this, i think it'd be very worth it to add another gifts ungiven, and maybe another greater good.

i'm also not sure why kagemaro is in the deck. you already have solid creature kill with the armageddon's, so i don't know what one kagemaro would do.

goryo's vengeance is a pretty decent card, but in this deck, you're going to need to have a greater good on the table for it to work at all, because the dragon's effects won't trigger on exile, they need to hit the graveyard. so, that's something else to think about, and because of that, i'd probably add a forth.

other than that, the deck looks pretty solid, but like the above comment also states, dual lands would make this deck much stronger. you're running four colors, and that just screams dual lands.

With Top to fix draws and Gifts to tutor, there is no need to have more than 3 copies. When the combo go off, drawing 5 cards with Greater Good will find me anything else I need to finish the game.

Kagemaro is a 5th wrath and works good with the Hana Kami combo.

True about vengeance, that is why I also have Miren.

I'm the opposite of everyone else. I believe for this deck is better as a reanimator style, ressurect the creatures back from the dead, then sack to greater good, etc. to hard cast yosei, or kokusho, just seems like a waste. but this is just my opinion.
I'd run like, 4 buried alive, 4 exhume, type thing then use greater good to sack em to get, well you get the gist of it.

This is a Gifts deck with a Greater Good/Yosei combo in the main and a Hana Kami combo in the SB for games 2 and/or 3.

However, Gifts can work as double Entomb so there is no need to always hardcast dragons.

Also, Exhume won't be as effective as Vengeance since haste is what make the deck explosive.

I like the deck, although with blue and white merely splashed, I would think it hard to build a consistant mana base for this.

Okay, my first instinct is to suggest some tutor for Greater Good Buy, such as Enlightened Tutor Buy or Idyllic Tutor Buy but if you think Gifts Ungiven Buy is good enough to find what you need then by all means disregard this...

As for mana, maybe try some of the Shadowmoor or Eventide duals, perhaps:

Twilight Mire Buy
Flooded Grove Buy
Mystic Gate Buy
Wooded Bastion Buy

might be of use.

Next, I think running three of each dragon might work a little better for killing your opponent.

The obvious comment: Mental Misstep Buy if your meta has a lot of 1cc spells in it.

And finally, something that might be useful: consider Footsteps of the Goryo Buy. While it only puts the creature into play during your turn, it is an arcane so you can splice into it, and it has a built in sac in case you don't have Greater Good Buy in play but still need to get some control down with Yosei.

I hope something I said here helps. Please rate my current deck.

Thanks for the rate.

Gifts will be enough for tutor purposes.
As for lands, those you mention can't be tutored by fetch lands or farseek.

About Kokusho, performing a Yosei lock is what win games.

The deck works perfect with Vengeance, there is no need for footsteps.

I like the idea of Mental Misstep, might try it dependeing on my meta.
